We
began operating our first buffet style restaurant in 1994 in Gladstone,
Missouri. The restaurant featured a $2.99 all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. The
spectacular value was well received by the public.
Our plan was to compliment great tasting Italian food with super low prices,
and to provide a level of service normally reserved for a higher price point.
These guiding principles laid the foundation for additional restaurants through
thoughtful expansion.
Our $4.49 all-you-can-eat pizza buffet is at the center of our success. We
offer a wide selection of pizza, as well as pastas, garlic bread, our own
"Flipper" pizza, a salad bar, and many dessert items.
When you offer a $4.49 all-you-can-eat buffet, some people have questions about
quality. We have answers! Our pizza sauce, pasta sauce, and crust are all top
shelf and are prepared daily. We use only 100% mozzarella cheese and premium
meat toppings.
